By isolating and reducing the voltage of the electromagnetic vibration current signal, it is converted into a standard industrial control signal of 0-5V for sampling, display, protection, etc. of the PLC. When ordering, please specify whether the vibration coil is made of copper wire or aluminum wire. It can also be used as a control cabinet modification for other manufacturers. The meaning of each pin is: XP1 plug comes from the motherboard, providing power supply, vibration signal, frequency value of current intensity, XP2 from the vibration phase control board, providing display of vibration phase control signal, LED1 vibration display light, LED2 short-circuit signal light, LED3 vibration overcurrent light.

RP1 is a secondary voltmeter calibration potentiometer. Clockwise rotation increases the display of the secondary voltmeter, while counterclockwise rotation decreases the display of the secondary voltmeter.

2. RP2 is a secondary ammeter calibration potentiometer. Clockwise rotation reduces the display of the secondary ammeter, while counterclockwise rotation increases the display of the secondary ammeter.

3. RP3 is a secondary current peak calibration potentiometer. Clockwise rotation reduces the peak value of the secondary current, while counterclockwise rotation increases the peak value of the secondary current.
